Richard Madden To Star In Disney’s ‘Prince Charming’ Movie? Reports Suggest The ‘Game Of Thrones’ Actor As The Lead, Or Harry Styles

A report from The Hollywood Reporter confirmed that Disney has closed a deal about making a "Prince Charming" movie focusing on the male character in many of its productions, and that a story has reportedly been finalized.

But a "Prince Charming" can never be such in the movie without a good-looking actor. Suggestions from reports said "Game of Thrones" star Richard Madden should once again reprise his role as the Prince, or perhaps One Direction's Harry Styles or Johnny Depp.

Metro suggested Madden, who played the Prince in the live-action "Cinderella," to appear as the lead in the upcoming "Prince Charming" movie by Disney.

"He's a solid actor and popular (with the laydeez especially) so it would be a good move to bring him back for the spin-off," the report said.

Madden is a Scottish actor known for portraying the character of Robb Stark in the hit HBO series "Game of Thrones." In the show, he is the half-brother of Jon Snow.

Earlier this year, he played the role of the Prince in the "Cinderella" live-action movie, wearing the character's stylish royal blue and white attire seen in the film.

The "Game of Thrones" star is not the only actor news outfits want to see on the "Prince Charming" movie. Glamour Magazine is suggesting actors such as Eddie Redmayne, Johnny Depp, Robert Pattinson, Tom Cruise, Harry Styles and even Dwayne Johnson.

"We think it's time for the 1D hunk to make his movie debut. Think he'd be up for it?" the magazine asked in the report.

While the cast has not been finalized yet, Variety cited sources in its report that the studio has already decided on what story to tell on the upcoming "Prince Charming" movie. The report said it will revolve around the Prince Charming's brother "who never lived up to the family name," and will not focus on the Prince himself.

Matt Fogel, the man behind "Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs" is reportedly doing the script for the "Prince Charming" movie.
