[WATCH] Official ‘Heroes Reborn’ Trailer Finally Released! Micah Sanders, Mohinder Shuresh And Hiro Nakamura Finally Seen!

Tim Kring's original series, "Heroes," mostly dealt with people trying to get a grip on their extraordinary abilities. Based on the "Heroes Reborn" trailer released during the San Diego Comic Con last week, however, things won't be the same in 2015 reboot.

The 3:23 minute video revolves around humans with powers (called EVOs) being exposed to the world and being hunted down like fugitives.

The video most likely is the one that IGN previously reported on, which talked about a more sinister Zachary Levi and his mission to get rid of every EVO he can find.

EVOs, who were supposed to be making full use of their powers, are now "living in a kind of oppressed, scary place", according to Tim Kring's interview with Entertainment Weekly.

Noah Bennet (Jack Coleman) narrates in the "Heroes Reborn" trailer, as he tries to pass himself off as a normal man who only sold paper. He is joined by other familiar faces in the extended clip.

Time traveller Hiro Nakamura (Masi Oka) is spotted as his future ninja self. Mohinder Shuresh (Sendhil Ramamurthy) Matt Parkman (Greg Grunberg) and Micah Sanders (Noah Gray-Cabey) were also shown in the clip.

The cast of Tim Kring's reboot, both old and new, were able to meet fans during the upcoming show's SDCC panel over the weekend, which was moderated by another original cast member, Greg Grunberg. Masi Oka even made a surprise appearance, delighting several fans during the event.

"I thought it was awesome," Oka told EW of the show's return. "It had [a lot of] heart and we had a lot of fans and we kind of left it unfinished, so there's a chance to wrap things up for the fans."

Although the new 13-episode miniseries will feature a new set of characters and a darker, more "thriller" like flow, it still looks like a promising series that could expand the cult following already established thanks to "Heroes".

Catch the reboot when it premieres on Sept. 24. Meanwhile, take a look at the official "Heroes Reborn" trailer here!
