Disney is making an "Aladdin" live action prequel film that will reportedly focus on the origin story of the iconic Genie who made it all happen for the hero. Quite a number of actors in Hollywood are of Arab descent so who is the perfect fit to play the role?

Called "Genies," this "Aladdin" live action comedy prequel film to the 1992 animated hit movie is said to tell the story of Genie and how he got inside the lamps, with love interests on the side.

Since it is reportedly going to be a comedy movie, Jerry Seinfeld seems to be the comedian who might give the role the right rendition.

Website Al-Bawaba listed down some Hollywood actors who are of Arab descent and included Jerry Seinfeld on the list. The website said he is half-Arab born of a mother of Syrian-Jewish heritage and a Turkish immigrant father.

This award-winning actor, writer and producer has starred in many movies and TV series such as "Seinfeld," "Benson," "Curb Your Enthusiasm," "Louie" and more. His reputation is the comedy genre qualifies him to play the role of Genie on the "Aladdin" live action movie.

But what if Genie becomes hotter with these Hollywood actors who have Arab descent? These potential Genies are suited for the reported love interest angle on the "Aladdin" live action as well as someone who fulfills good wishes.

"Prison Break" star Wentworth Miller reportedly has Arabic descent according to him IMDb.com profile. His mother has Lebanese-Syrian ancestry, as well as Dutch, French, Swedish and Polish. If viewers ever need a less comedic genie, Wentworth Miller will make the cut.

Aladdin may or may not be in the "Genies" movie and getting this equally handsome Arabic personality who is making waves on social media for the Genie role might be better off as the character.

Omar Borkan Al Gala is an Arab personality who became an Internet obsession after his photos went online. He may not be a seasoned Hollywood actor but he has once starred in a short film. Or, is he too handsome for the role?

The last actor on this potential list for the upcoming "Aladdin" live action has no reported Middle Eastern descent but has played a Persian prince in another hit movie.

Jake Gyllenhaal is also a promising actor if the producers want a different Genie.

His IMDb.com proile said that his mother comes from a Jewish family while his father has Swedish and German ancestry.

He top-billed "Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time" in 2010.

The "Aladdin" live action prequel will reportedly be produced by Tripp Vinson and written by Damian Shannon and Mark Swift, Variety said. It will center on the Genie trapped in Aladdin's lamp and how he got there.
