When Taylor Swift commented on Lady Gaga's engagement, Mother Monster replied that she, too, will one day meet her prince charming.
However, no one expected it to happen so soon.
A fan recently tweeted about his view on love and the "Bad Blood" star promptly referred him to Lady Gaga's encouraging tweet to her months ago.
"I pride myself on still thinking love can be like a romantic comedy but sometimes I just think I'm behind and just won't catch up," Super fan Alex Goldschmidt lamented on the microblogging site.
"Go read Gaga's tweet that she sent me a few months ago," the Grammy-winning singer replied to Goldschmidt. "It's good love luck. Because it's not a tweet. It's a magical spell."
The tweet in question was a reply to Swift about her admiration on Lady Gaga's engagement to long-time beau Taylor Kinney.
"Wow you're a sweetheart! Life is friends, family, and love! We all see that in you, your prince charming will come!" Gaga's "magical" post read.
True enough, her "prince charming" did come in the form of Scottish DJ Calvin Harris. They reportedly started hanging out in the spring and have since been spotted together several times over the past few months.
As a reply to the "Blank Space" singer's mention of her love powers, Mother Monster promptly replied with a heartwarming and witty tweet.
"I only cast happy spells! Unless there's bad blood. I have a separate cauldron for that. Happy for u [kiss emoji]," she tweeted along with a photo of "The Little Mermaid" partners Ariel and Prince Eric.
Goldsmchidt, following his idol's advice has since put his trust into Lady Gaga's "magical" powers of bringing people luck in love.
"I am officially leaving my love life in Lady Gaga's magical hands. I have seen the light. I know her strength," he posted after Swift replied to him about his love life.
