Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris are one of today's hottest couples; and there are rumors coming out that the two are ready to take their relationship to the next level.
According to new reports, the 30-year-old DJ is preparing to pop the question to the 25-year-old singer. Of course, he first needs to find the perfect engagement ring for his girlfriend.
"Taylor loves chunky rings, so he wants to go big," an insider told Life & Style. "He's looking at cushion-cut center stones and is willing to drop at least $500,000!" The website reported that the Neil Lane diamond ring will be at least 10 carat and the record producer is willing to spend a huge amount for the pop star.

According to the website, the Scottish musician has been seeking advice from songstress' friends regarding the ring which means that she has an idea that her boyfriend will ask her the big question. So what will her answer be?
"Even though they haven't been together that long if he did ask her tomorrow she'd say yes, she's just so happy with him," an insider told Hollywood Life. "Taylor doesn't think it's a sure thing, she's not that cocky, but she has a really good feeling that they will end up together."
Apart from ring hunting, Calvin also can't decide where he will propose.
"He's on the fence because Taylor has so many favorite places," another source told Hollywood Life. "He thought of romantic Paris or Italy, but now he's leaning towards Nashville, where she has one of her homes."
Fans of Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris were thrilled about the engagement news, but the Scottish DJ dismissed all the rumors - from living together to their alleged wedding.
"It does get more and more ridiculous, from me apparently being allergic to cats or Taylor and I are moving in together or we're getting married next week," Calvin told KISS FM.
"It's a lot but you've just got to take it how it is which is that it's a news story that people read but it's just not real life," he explained. However, Calvin Harris admitted that he is very satisfied with his relationship with Taylor Swift. "It's going absolutely fantastic," he said.
