Implants Left at Hotel, Winning Lottery Ticket: Most Radical Things Forgotten at Hotels

It's a common thing to sometimes forget a notebook, a cell phone charger, may be even an item of clothing at a hotel, but breast implants?

That's exactly what was found in the "Lost and Found" section of budget chain Travelodge. According to the company, they compiled a list of the strangest items that their guests have forgotten behind following a stay at their hotel.

A set of breast implants was one of the unusual items left behind by hotel guests at U.K. hotel chain Travelodge in 2012.They were left at the Newcastle Central Travelodge. The guest was en route to London for a cosmetic operation. She had purchased the implants from a U.S. seller, according to the hotel chain.

Some of the other forgotten items included a Persian Chinchilla kitten worth about $975, a winning EuroMillions lottery ticket, a diamond-encrusted iPhone and a bucket of live crabs.
"From keys to a Bugatti, Harry Potter's original wand, a micro pig and breast implants to a script from a well-known British soap program, our customers' left-behinds demonstrate what a cross-section of people stay in our 527 hotels," said Shakila Ahmed, a spokesperson for Travelodge

"Each year our lost and found departments provide plenty of revelations," he added.

Other strange finds included a box of 200 Queen Elizabeth masks, a pantomime horse and a trunk of chocolate bars.

In case you wondering what was the most popular book left behind at Travelodge hotels in 2012? A staggering 7,000 copies of "Fifty Shades of Grey" were forgotten.

The chain operates 527 properties and welcomes 13 million guests every year.
