‘Fly’ Singer Avril Lavigne Plans To ‘Make Movies’, Shares Next Goals After Lyme Disease

Avril Lavigne shares another good news to her fans after battling Lyme disease.

The "Fly" singer recently revealed to US Magazine about her desire to try in movies.

"My next goal in life is moviemaking! I want to act in a Christmas movie, horror film, comedy, and more. After music, art, acting, and fashion design are my passions," she told US Weekly.

In addition to her "next life goals", she also opened up that she wants to move to Italy.

"I want to move to Italy. I feel dreamy and happy there. I want to eat, drink wine, and make incredible memories there in my future," the Canadian rockstar added.

In other Avril Lavigne news, recently she made her first major public appearance and performed her new single Fly for the opening ceremony of the 2015 Special Olympics World Games at the Memorial Coliseum in Los Angeles, Daily Mail added.

"This was a very beautiful night for me. Congratulations to all the athletes. Thank you to everyone who supports the Avril Lavigne Foundation," she continued her post.

"It has been a difficult year fighting through Lyme Disease for me and I am so happy to have made it on stage tonight for the first performance in a yeah. Thank you for having me and please enjoy my song Fly."

The "Fly" singer was diagnosed with Lyme disease which confined her to bed for five months. The disease is believed to be acquired from a tick bite.

In an interview with Good Morning America, she broke down in tears as she explains what she had gone through when she was out on the public eye.

"I'm about halfway through my treatment," she said.

 "I'm doing a lot better. Seeing a lot of progress. I'm just really grateful to know that, like, I will make 100% recovery."
