Spider-Man Has A New Costume In ‘Captain America: Civil War'? 'It Will Be Blue And Red'

There were rumors coming out that the new Spider-Man costume will be black and red just like what Miles Morales wore in the comic books.

For those who don't know who this character is, Morales is a Black Hispanic teenager who took over the role of the superhero after the death of Peter Parker.

It has been confirmed that Tom Holland will make his debut as the web-slinging superhero in "Captain America: Civil War."

According to Screenrant, the 19-year-old actor must immediately report to set because he is needed for the Peter Parker sequences. They just used a stunt actor for the Spider-Man scenes. Since they have started filming the superhero, many people are wondering what will be his costume.

ComicBook.com recently reported that the latest Spider-Man suit will feature the classic blue-and-red colored suit. Based on Marvel Comics, the character's suit was given by Tony Stark a.k.a. Iron Man and it has a red-and-gold scheme.

"The 'Civil War' movie will bring an Avengers-friendly version of the traditional Spider-suit, complete with detailing reminiscent of costumes like Captain America's 'Avengers' movie suits," the website reported.

The shade of blue will be darker unlike the one shown in "The Amazing Spider-Man" which starred Andrew Garfield.

According to CB, the version of the Spider-Man suit will be blue and red with black webs. A few months ago, Marvel CEO Kevin Feige revealed the new look of the superhero.

"I mean look, I was more involved in the Raimi ones, and think they did a very good job," Feige told Crave. "But that being said, we've already designed the costume, which is different than any of the ones that have come before. And yet ours is classic Spidey, as I think you'll see."

Based on what Marvel's head honcho said, fans can expect a more traditional suit which is basically blue and red.
