Apr 10, 2013 01:11 PM EDT | By Staff Reporter

Fatburger, the fast casual burger restaurant, signed a three-year partnership with USC to become a partner of USC Athletics, the company announced in a statement on Wednesday.

Fatburger will receive a variety of multi-media sponsorship entitlements including on-field and courtside signage, video board features, Fan Fest display and radio spots.

Having provided post-game burgers for the football team for many years, Fatburger will now expand its presence on campus through additional integration at events featuring USC Athletics. The franchise will be using their Fatmobile, a mobile food-truck, to serve student athletes, alumni and fans. With a diverse selection of burgers, the chain is dedicated to offering high-quality, lean beef options, ranging in size from small to XXXL.

"My sons and I are all proud alums, so we jumped at the chance to extend the partnership, becoming an official partner of USC Athletics," said CEO of Fatburger, Andy Wiederhorn. "We are honored to have the opportunity to feed one of the most elite sports programs in the country and hope that our tasty burgers will fuel the Trojans to bring home many more championships."

"Partners of USC Athletics are more than just companies, they're the people behind those companies," said USC Athletic Director Pat Haden. "The team at Fatburger understands the Trojan tradition and we're excited to expand our partnership with such a great group."
