Falk Hentschel has joined "Legends of Tomorrow" cast as Carter Hall/Hawkman. Along with it, according to reports, is the arrival of the DC superheroes well known villains.

Yibada reported at least three villains will terrorize "Legends of Tomorrow" protagonists. Aside from Vandal Savage, to be played by Casper Crump, Hawkman villains Hath-Set, Shadow Thief and the Spider will also grace the show.

"In other news, four DC super villains are rumored to join "Legends of Tomorrow" TV series and these are Scandal Savage, Hath-Set, Shadow Thief and the Spider," Yibada wrote.

"Hath-Set and Shadow Thief are well known villains of both Hawkman and Hawkgirl, as Scandal Savage is the daughter of the show's main villain, Vandal Savage (Casper Crump). The Spider in the show will be a pretentious hero trying to eliminate the team as he sees them as competition making an interesting dynamic, Realty Today reported."

Reports did not confirm any "Legends of Tomorrow" cast news for such roles.

Shadow Thief first appeared in the comics in "The Brave and the Bold #36" and was created by Gardner Fox and Joe Kubert. The name has been used by three people and their abilities are expertise on martial arts, ability to shift his body into a two-dimensional, draw strength from the shadows around him, and become invisible through shadows.

Harth Set, meanwhile, first appeared in Flash Comics in 1940 and his abilities are continuous cycle of reincarnation and possess his descendants. The Spider is known in the comics as Tom Hallaway who fights criminals wearing a yellow shirt and blue shorts costume. His weapons are bows and arrows and owns a car called Black Widow.

"Legends of Tomorrow" release date is yet to be revealed but it is expected to debut on January next year.

Aside from Hentschel, "Legends of Tomorrow" cast is also headlined by Wentworth Miller as Captain Cold, Dominic Purcell as Heatwave, Victor Garber as Professor Martin Stein, Brandon Routh as Ray Palmer, Ciara Renee as Hawkgirl, Caity Lotz as White Canary, and Arthur Darvill as Rip Hunter.
