It's a rare treat for fans to see their favorite stars in the small screen adaptation of their famous films.

Thankfully, the appearance of Bradley Cooper in the "Limitless" TV series is one of those amazing times.

The "American Sniper" star saw fit to drop in on the new CBS series' pilot episode, seeing he is also one of the executive producers of the show.

Although the new story will follow a different character altogether, Bradley Cooper will be showing up at the "Limitless" TV series, as shown in the trailer previously released by the network.

Meanwhile, the recently released behind-the-scenes featurette of the movie's sequel shows the "Silver Lining's Playbook" star talking about reprising his role as Edward Mora.

However, Screen Rant was a bit apprehensive that he would keep on appearing in the said series. Co-executive producer Alex Kurtzman reportedly chose his words carefully when talking about the depth of Cooper's onscreen involvement in the project.

Kurtzman said that the Hollywood darling's "plan is definitely to return" but is "obviously a pretty busy guy with a pretty full schedule" so it's most likely that he would only be a recurring character at best.

IGN noted that Cooper will appear in "the pilot episode and on a recurring basis throughout Season 1."

Bradley Cooper's presence in the "Limitless" TV series aside, Jake McDorman will be leading the cast as Brian Finch. He is recruited by the FBI when the Bureau noticed the ability he acquired after taking the mysterious drug NZT.

The series will then work on weekly cases with McDorman serving as "kind of like Sherlock Holmes on performance-enhancing drugs" consultant for the government.

Anticipation is already rising for "Limitless." Outer Places' study on which upcoming new Fall show will be TV's biggest hit that the CBS procedural was "looking good" thanks to Cooper's involvement.
