Wendy’s Offers 99-Cent Monterey Ranch Crispy Chicken Sandwich For Back-to-School Affordability

Wendy's is offering its monterey ranch crispy chicken sandwich for $0.99 as students head back to school according to restaurantnews.com.

"At Wendy's, value is defined by food quality, not just price," Wendy's chief marketing officer Craig Bahner told Restaurant News. "Our Monterey Ranch Crispy Chicken features premium ingredients- like we use throughout our menu. We serve food at the price you like with the tastes and flavor combinations you love."

The sandwich is available for a limited time on the restaurant chain's Right Price Right Size MenuWendy's special menu differs from those of other fast-food restaurants in that it offers customers a full meal rather than individual items such as snacks and other side items Restaurant News reported.

In addition to the monterey ranch crispy chicken sandwich, the chain is changing its brand through other mediums such as the renovation of its restaurants, new Wendy's logos, crew uniforms, consumer-friendly menuboards and packaging, and an upgrade of Wendys.com Restaurant News reported.  

The sandwich is available at participating Wendy's location's Restaurant News reported. Wendy's is the third largest company for serving hamburgers quickly.

There are over 6,500 franchise and company restaurants throughout the United States, 27 countries, and U.S. territories across the world.

The Right Price Right Size menu also includes the spicy chicken go wrap, a grilled chicken go wrap, small chilli, value french fries, a small original chocolate frosty, crispy chicken sandwich, four piece and six piece chicken nuggets, a garden side salad, a junior cheeseburger, a caesar side salad, a double stack burger, and a junior cheeseburger deluxe according to the menu on the company's website.
