The two-part season premiere will begin six months where Season 10 has left off when both Booth (David Boreanaz) and Brennan (Emily Deschanel) decided to finally end their crime-fighting careers at the Jeffersonian Institution.
However, despite trying to live a normal family life, the season opener will see Booth go missing and Brennan feeling the pressure of being interrogated by FBI special agent Grace Miller played by "24" star Kim Raver.
Brennan feels that Miller is playing mind games with her when she kept on asking her questions that involve emotions, which she is not comfortable with.
"You are asking strictly emotional questions. It is well documented that emotions are not my area of expertise," she said in the teaser. "My conclusion is that you were deliberately attempting to make me feel uncomfortable in order to extract something you think I am hiding. If that is the case, I no longer choose to participate in this discussion."
Moreover, things will get intense as agent Miller reveals to Booth's partner, Aubrey, that he is a suspect to a murder.
"Booth isn't a suspect," Aubrey interrupted while Miller was trying to explain the details. "All we know is he disappeared. Let's not make it out to be more than that. ... If you're gonna come in here and make absurd accusations, then we don't need you."
Miller then reminded Aubrey that he is not in the position to dismiss her from the case.
"Not your call. There's a dead man on a table burned to a crisp with Booth's gun on him. Tell me how that doesn't make him a suspect," she said.

"Booth goes missing as Season 11 begins six months after he and Brennan left their careers behind, but a case with ties to the couple pulls Brennan back into the world of forensic analysis, which brings her into contact with a member of Booth's family and Arastoo Vaziri, who's taken the lead at the Jeffersonian in her absence. Meanwhile, the FBI investigate Booth's disappearance, but one agent's tactics are bad for the team's morale."
