Major 'Arrow' Season 4 Spoiler: The Flash And LoT Will Fight Prince Of Darkness, Too

Oct 13, 2015 10:28 PM EDT | By Rolly Gacelo

Who died in the "Arrow" season 4 premiere? That is one of the major questions after the CW Network superhero series' return last week.

Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) was standing in front of a grave with Barry Allen (The Flash) six months after the events in S4E1 but it was not revealed who's inside it. Worst part about that is according to EP Wendy Mericle and Marc Guggenheim, whoever is in it will stay dead.

While it is still a mystery who died in the premiere of fourth season of "Arrow" a lot of theories have been made. Of course, the one suspected to put that character six feet under is Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough) and since Barry Allen was also in the picture, fans might see this Prince of Darkness take on the Scarlet speedster in a crossover episode.

Speaking of crossover episode, Damien Darhk is not just Starling City's enemy. McDonough confirmed it himself that his character will also appear on "The Flash" season 2 and another spinoff series "Legends of Tomorrow."

"You go back to the League -- I did an episode of Legends last week -- and I look exactly the same in 1975 but you see he's not as confident and doesn't have such an agenda forty years ago as he does now," McDonough said in an exclusive interview with Comicbook.com.

"So it's fun to play the different times, you know? Going back in time with Legends, and The Flash, with The Flash, I'm just this crazy, fun, enjoy everything while I kill everybody type of character. It's just nuts."

Damien Darhk's inclusion in "The Flash" and "Legends of Tomorrow" only proves how powerful he is. Also, he will be a welcome addition to the two shows that cast too many heroes but not a lot of villains.

"Arrow" season 4 episode 2 is called "The Candidate."

Read synopsis below.

"When an old family friend, Jessica Danforth (guest star Jeri Ryan), tells Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Thea (Willa Holland) that she is going to run for mayor, both Queens are concerned considering the last three mayors have been murdered. Despite their protests, Jessica makes her announcement so the Green Arrow and Speedy vow to protect her. Meanwhile, Thea begins to exhibit effects from the Lazarus Pit. In addition, Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) is faced with a tough business decision and looks to one of her employees, Curtis Holt (guest star Echo Kellum), for help."
