Olivia Pope (Kerry Washington) and President Fitzgerald Grant's (Tony Goldwyn) problems following the revalation of their affair is not over, in fact it's just beginning.
For one Pope is now being crucified after her affair with the president was made known to public.
And while the White House is now going to do anything to help Liv from getting butchered by the media, Fitz will not take things sitting down.
In the sneak peek video for tonight's episode, Fitz will be seen complaining to his newly appointed Chief of Staff, Ellizabeth North, about the media's treatment to his girlfriend.
"You've seen this garbage? You see what they're calling her in there?" Fitz asked.
"And in every other newspaper in the world. The morning shows -- morning, when people's kids are the room -- gave estimates with how many men she slept with and at what age she lost her virginity. Disgusting. Liv's blindfolded on her knees in front of the firing squad and we're doing nothing."
While Fitz is in the middle of his rampage, Press Secretary Abby Whelan walks right in and as a result she gets fired.
