As the villains continue to rise in Gotham, Theo Galavan (James Frain) will show more of his evilness when he decides to team up with the self-proclaimed king of Gotham city Penguin (Robin Taylor Lord).
This episode will also see the rivalry between the Waynes and the Galavans resume, but of course Detective Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) will do everything in his power to maintain peace in the city.
This will also mark the beginning of Gordon's all-out battle with Theo Galavan.
During the 2015 New York Comic Con McKenzie sat with Comic Book Resources where he revealed how Galavan will make everything hard for Gotham's most respectable police officer.
"Theo's far and away the most complicated and sophisticated of the villains he's faced up to this point," McKenzie said. "So it becomes a real clash of the titans, if you will, between the two of them with some really big repercussions for Gotham."
After killing Jerome Valeska (Cameron Monaghan) in episode 4, Galavan will now pursue his plans in becoming Gotham's mayor, but Jim is determined to take him out together with the help of Capt. Nathaniel Barnes (Michael Chiklis).
