Oct 19, 2015 01:24 PM EDT | By Pam Amantiad

Represent.com has become a platform for celebrity charity work in the past couple of years. Several TV personalities, as well as film stars and athletes designed limited-edition shirts that their fans could buy as a way to donate to a worthwhile cause.

"Supernatural" star Jared Padalecki started selling his "Always Keep Fighting" shirts earlier this year after publicly admitting his battle against clinical depression. His fellow CW colleague Stephen Amell from "Arrow" also started a couple of campaigns - one for a cancer advocacy and another which benefits Stand for the Silent and Paws and Stripes.

Misha Collins was impressed by his friends' impact through the shirt-selling campaigns that he quickly followed suit. He started one for his own charity, Random Acts, which aims to "conquer the world one random act of kindness at a time."

Other stars who sold shirts for their celebrity charity work include Joseph Morgan, Ed Westwick, Seth Rogen, Norman Reedus, George R.R. Martin, James Franco, Will Ferrell, David Ortiz, and Ronda Rousey.
