Latest "Gotham" season 2 episode guide suggests last episode's main villain Bridgit (guest star Michelle Veintimilla) will continue with her mission of ransacking Wayne Enterprises.
Bridgit clearly doesn't know or want what she was doing. Selina Kyle (Camren Bicondova) knows this and so, she watches over her being the friend that she is. In fact, Selina helped "Firefly" escape GCPD lead by Det. James Gordon (Ben McKenzie).
Will the crafty teen help Bridgit? Will she join her in the doing dark deeds? Bicondova said fans can still expect Selina to guard one of her first and rare friends in Gotham.
"Well, Bridgit was one of Selina's first friends, and I think Selina feels bad for her," Bicondova told TV Line.
"She knows that Bridgit has the ability to be a very strong, independent girl, so she wants to help her become that. And Selina doesn't like seeing anybody, especially a fellow girl, being treated badly - Selina is very passionate about that. She isn't a very violent person, she doesn't like being violent. So when it comes to Bridgit, Selina wants to help her be able to live all on her own."
Bridgit is not the only concern for Selina this season. Silver St. Cloud debut in the latest "Gotham" season 2 episode. For Selina, St. Cloud's presence means losing the attention of Bruce (David Mazouz). When asked if she will meet the supposed love interest of the young Wayne, Bicondova said it will happen.
"At this point in time, I don't know that Bruce knows Silver or that Silver even exists. But we do meet, eventually. Natalie [Alyn Lind], David [Mazouz] and I have a scene together in an upcoming episode, and while I dont want to say what happens, I will say it's a little awkward! [Laughs]"
