James Franco’s New Girlfriend Is Emma Watson? Actor Inks ‘Harry Potter’ Star’s Face On His Neck

Oct 29, 2015 11:17 PM EDT | By Joanna Garado

Did James Franco just get a tattoo featuring his new girlfriend?

Yesterday, the actor, who is currently a Yale University PhD student, posted a photo of himself with a brand new ink on his neck featuring "Harry Potter" actress, Emma Watson.

"I (heart) Hermoine," Franco captioned the photo, referring to Emma Watson's character in the eight "Harry Potter" films (although he did misspell "Hermione").

Below Emma Watson's image on James Franco's neck is the actress' name. Could this mean Emma Watson is James Franco's new girlfriend? Probably not.

James Franco and Emma Watson previously worked together in the 2013 comedy film, "This Is The End" but have not been seen together in public since.

Aside from the Emma Watson tattoo, Franco also revealed his inked chest, featuring an eagle with its wings spread wide.

Although the tattoos look real, reports claim that it is simply a product of Photoshop since the actor had credited the photo to an artist named Cheyenne Randall, who uses Photoshop to place tattoos on pictures of Hollywood celebrities.

In fact, Randall posted another "tattooed" image of the actor, only this time, he was inked with "Summertime Sadness" singer, Lana del Rey's face, who is also rumored to be James Franco's girlfriend.

Some of the celebrities he had Photoshopped tattoos on are Cara Delevingne, Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley, Elizabeth Taylor, David Hasselhoff, Brittany Murphy and even royals Prince William and Princess Kate.

In previous interviews, James Franco described Lana del Rey as his "muse."

"Lana has become my friend. She is a musician who is a poet and a video artist. She grew up on the East Coast but she is an artist of the West Coast," Franco told Rolling Stone.
