People in New York finally realized how Princess Jasmine felt like when Prince Ali (Aladdin) showed up in her balcony riding a magic carpet, thanks to an adventurous pair, a skateboard, a remote control, and a couple of cameras.

Youtuber Casey Neistat just pulled one of the most memorable Halloween videos on Youtube that would have made Disney proud.

According to Refinery29, Neistat "fashioned the perfect prop using a skateboard, a frame made out of plastic pipes, and fabric (of course)." What resulted was Aladdin's realistic-looking magic carpet ride around New York, amazing everyone in its path.

The vlogger asked his friend Jesse Wellens, from another famous Youtube channel, PrankVSPrank, for help with the clip.

Wellens completed the whole effect by wearing an Aladdin costume.

Once everything was set, the two friends tore through the Big Apple, earning shrieks of surprise and squeals of delight from young school children, mothers, and random guys.

Refinery29 complimented the pair in pulling off the prank in the "hard-to-shock city" but wished for an "entourage of elephants" just to give the clip more shock value.

Nevertheless, it still shocked people. According to The Wrap, the video, which was published last Friday by PrankVSPrank has since become a viral sensation.

It already attracted almost eight million views as of press time.

Aside from the awesome video uploaded, Neistat also uploaded an eight-and-a-half-minute clip documentation of how they prepared for the entire thing. They even tried to get a shot using a drone camera, which is "completely illegal" in New York.

PrankvsPrank has nine million subscribers while Casey Neistat, who joined his brother Van in the HBO series "The Neistat Brothers," has 1.4 million followers of his own.
