Meadow Insists That Porsche Carrera GT Is Liable For Paul Walker's Death

Who killed Paul Walker?

While most of the reports claim that is was a freak accident that ended the life of the beloved "Fast & Furious" star, his 15-year-old daughter, Meadow Walker strongly believes that the Porsche Carrera GT should be held liable for the death of her father.

Meadow's camp reportedly filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the giant car company for having "multiple design flaws," which killed Walker and friend Roger Rodas, CNN reported.

"The bottom line is that the Porsche Carrera GT is a dangerous car. It doesn't belong on the street," Meadow Walker's attorney, Jeff Milam, said in a statement. "And we shouldn't be without Paul Walker or his friend, Roger Rodas."

The attorney added that they are convinced that the vehicle's lack of safety features ended the life of the celebrated actor and his friend.

"The vehicle lacked safety features that are found on well-designed racing cars or even Porsche's least expensive road cars -- features that could have prevented the accident or, at a minimum, allowed Paul Walker to survive the crash," the official lawsuit claimed according to CNN.

Adding, "The Walker family, like the Rodas family, would not have to grieve their loss if Porsche hadn't put a faulty product on the road."

And while most of Paul Walker's fans are waiting for Meadow's statement, her attorney requested that they give the minor more time to privately grieve for his father claiming that she's just a "teenage girl" who "values her privacy."

"It is with great reluctance that Meadow Walker has authorized the filing of this lawsuit on her own behalf and as heir to Paul Walker's estate," Milam said in a statement to ET. "She's a teenage girl who is still dealing with the tragic loss of her father. She values her privacy and won't be making any comment. We ask everyone to respect that."

Meanwhile, Porsche has reportedly denied the claims saying that the company should not be held responsible for the death of Paul Walker and Roger Rodas.

In an official statement released at ET Online Porsche has instead blamed the tragic loss to "reckless driving and excessive speed."

"As we have said before, we are very sad whenever anyone is hurt in a Porsche vehicle, but we believe the authorities' reports in this case clearly establish that this tragic crash resulted from reckless driving and excessive speed," the official statement said.
