Expect More From Doomsday In 'Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice' Movie, Warner Bros. Assures

While many were left disappointed on how Warner Bros. had reportedly shared too much information on "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" through its latest trailer, production designer Patrick Tatopoulos claimed that there are actually far more information the giant studio is keeping uderwraps.

In line with the third theatrical trailer, fans reacted to how Doomsday should have been revealed in the film's premiere instead of introducing him on the trailer.

Talking to French magazine Premiere, Tatopoulos assured fans that there's more to expect from Doomsday in the upcoming "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" film.

"We are able to tell a story in a fresh way," Tatopoulos said in a statement translated by Cosmic Book News. "Doomsday is an evolution essentially. Fans may be aware of the death of Superman story, but this is handled in such a new way."

Additionally, Tatopoulos also discussed the relationship of Lex Luthor and Superman in the upcoming film.

Despite the title seemingly focusing on the battle between Batman and Superman, Tatopoulos explained that Lex Luthor actually plays a pivotal role in the film.

"When the film is called Batman v or versus Superman, it really has a lot of levels to the meaning. Superman isn't just killed off at the end of something. We see how he evolves as part of Lex's plan to protect the world," he explained. "Seeing the Superman we know, be gone, and then replaced with this reproduction is really going to make fans think of how we look at these super beings."

"It was especially interesting to figure out, how would you create Superman from Zod... then how would that evolve into Doomsday."

While more details will be revealed once "Batman V Superman" hits theaters, Screen Rant noted that Tatopoulos could have been hinting the possibility of Superman being imprisoned by Luthor, while a Man of Steel impostor is at large and causing havoc in Metropolis.

"Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" is set to hit theaters nationwide on March 25, 2016.
