It's been more than a year since Kristen Stewart and Nicholas Hoult has been rumored to be dating, but the truth was never revealed.

The two were spotted grabbing some sushi in Japan while on a break from filming "Equals" last year. Perez Hilton shared the photos of the rumored couple hanging out after shooting.

Ever since the 25-year-old actress broke up from Robert Pattinson, she has been linked to her personal assistant Alicia Cargile.

They were seen together most of the time which started out rumors that they are dating. However, she reportedly decided to end her relationship with her rumored girlfriend due to work.

"They mutually decided to split and it was definitely an amicable breakup," an insider told Radar Online. "Kristen is just so busy right now that she does not have the time to be in a serious relationship."

Since Kristen Stewart has been open to dating both women and men, then she could be labeled as bisexual. The actress may have never confirmed that she dated Jennifer Lawrence's ex-boyfriend but she hinted a possible rebound relationship during an interview with The Daily Beast.

Since both were heartbroken from their previous relationship, the co-stars manage to use their experiences to portray their characters in "Equals" more effectively.

"We all felt akin by how much we've been through, and to utilize that is so scary," Stewart said. "And to acknowledge it, reassess, and jump back into it? Usually you want to move on. But at least we could use some of that for some good."

"Relationships," she added, "you just never fucking know."

Some websites think that Kristen Stewart meant jumping back into a relationship with Nicholas Hoult, but the British heartthrob denies the dating rumors.

During an interview with Belfast Telegraph, the actor finds the rumors ridiculous but he admits that he sometimes believe in it.

"That's all anyone ever writes about. Everyone knows that stuff is made up. You read: 'A friend said...' and I'd love to know who this 'friend' was. I'm a sucker for it myself though. I'll be flicking through whatever it might be and go 'Gasp - no way?' and then I'll think, 'Oh no, wait a minute, that's probably nonsense.'"
