Dec 19, 2015 11:02 AM EST | By Annavi Salvador

Miss Universe 2015 preliminary pageant showcased the contestants' evening gowns, national costumes and swim wears in Las Vegas.

All 80 contestants looked stunning but there are beauty queens that stood out from the crowd in an interesting way.

Cosmopolitan reported that Miss Spain's national costume of half beauty queen/half old man did not "make much sense."

Miss Paris wore a gown with an Eiffel Tower design as a tribute to the "Pray for Paris" movement.

Miss Ukraine paraded with a "pie" on hand, while Miss Hungary had a Rubik's Cube as a headdress. And there's this "tuk tuk" dress for Miss Thailand.

It cannot be denied that all Miss Universe 2015 contestants are working hard in preparation for the big night. It is no surprise if they want to devour their favorite food after the big event is over.

Miss Canada and Miss Mexico both love pizza, but the morning buffet are haunting them according to EOnline.

Miss Australia did not seem to leave her favorite food for the pageant.

"I really believe moderation is key. I still allowed myself treats. I love chocolate, so even here I have few pieces because it makes me happy. I really believe balance is important."

Meanwhile, Miss Dominican Republic said that her appetite has changed since the pageant.

"I love sweets. I love pizza and I love all the snacks, but I can't eat it now. It's been a change in my diet even though it's good for me."

During the big night, Charlie Puth, Seal and The Band Perry will perform according to Entertainment Weekly.

The Grammy nominee will perform "See You Again" with Wiz Khalifa which topped the Billboard and nominated for "Song of the Year."

Miss Universe 2015 airs live from Las Vegas' The Axis on Fox Channel on Dec 20 at 7pm EST.
