While Sanchez's involvement in the prestigious pageant caused some stir from the public, she made sure to clarify things before the event gets to start.
"I have decided to be part of this year's Miss Universe since Mr. Trump has absolutely nothing to do with it," she wrote on her social media account. "It is a new regime, new network and new concept. I want to make that very clear."
Home to world renowned performers like, Britney Spears and Jennifer Lopez, Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Sin City will also see confirmed performances of Charlie Puth, Seal and The Band Perry as the ladies from all over the world compete for the Miss Universe 2015 title.
