Children should be cautious when playing with Infantino's Go Gaga Squeeze and Teethe Coco the Monkey toy so they do not choke.

The toy maker and United States Consumer Product Safety Commission pulled back 191,000 versions of the product Thursday because youngsters can gag when using them.

"The tail of the monkey can pose a choking hazard to young children," the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission said in the recall information on its website.

The recall includes toy monkeys with model number 206-647 according to a recall notice on Infantino's website. The information is listed on the interior of the monkey's back left leg the commission reported on its website. The order does not include products with model number 206-949.

The products were primarily sold at Target locations throughout the country from Dec. 2012 until the end of January 2014 for $13 the commission said in the recall information.

There have been seven cases of infants suffocating or disgorging on the monkey's tail according to the recall information. The commission is not aware of any injuries associated with the recall.

"Consumers should immediately stop using the toy and contact Infantino to receive a free placement product," the company said in the notice.

The toy monkey is 4.5 inches in height and five inches in length
