‘Sharknado 3’ Cast Rumors: Ian Ziering And Tara Reid To Reprise Their Role? Daniel Radcliffe Cameo Role?

We thought how ridiculous it was to see flying sharks squished out from tornados, bashing cars in city streets yet "Sharknado 2" soared high as did it's main toothy swimmers.

The franchise began in 2013, with a plot so absurd moviegoers couldn't help themselves from seeing it. The plot basically revolves around a freak tornado in Los Angeles, looming above the seas and scoops out sharks and drops them alive and hungry on the flooded streets. Characters in the movie then had to fight off these unwelcomed beasts and save each other from being bitten or eaten whole and alive.

"Sharknado 2" is set in New York, roughly with the same flying sharks and eating floating humans as the tornado takes the city. Main characters Ian Ziering and Tara Reid reprised their roles as Fin and April in the second installation.

First week of August 2014, "Sharknado 3" was officially announced in the works, and is due for release on July 2015. No location on which major city will the sharks fly to this time.

While only rumors of casting are released, main characters Ziering and Reid are expected to stick around. No word yet from the latter, but reports says that Ziering needs a raise before doing the third installment.

NY Daily News comments on this move by Ziering, "Ian did the work and is fantastic, but it's not 'Avatar,' the stars of the movie are the sharks, and they're not even real."

Sources speaking to The New York Daily New's Confidenti@l explains, "They'll replace him, they'll replace her (co-star) Tara Reid. They're not essential to the story. No one is. The shares are graphics, and everyone else is replaceable."

During a backstage interview at ABC's "The Today Show", Ian Ziering himself shares that Daniel Radcliffe expressed his love for the film and that "he would do it [cameo] if they found an amazing way for him to die".
