Crossing Lines Season 2 Spoiler: William Fichtner Says His Character's Dead Hand Has A Big Role In Show's Development But It Might Not Be Explored Until Season 3

There's not much Crossing Lines Season 2 Spoiler yet on the web. Well, just sit there and keep calm. The English-language French and German television series is sure to comeback on the tube. In fact, lead star William Fichtner has some tidbits with development of the storyline and his character.

Fichtner's character Carl Hickman is a former NYPD detective whose career ended because of a serious hand injury but returned to duty after being convinced by colleague. He and his crew of international police forces investigate a variety of crimes across Europe's international borders. Through the show's first season run, it is not just the crimes and killers that baffle fans. They are also excited to know the mystery about Hickman's dead right hand.

In an interview with Den of Geek, Fitchner talked about the series trying not to drop any Crossing Lines Season 2 spoiler. Still, there's one thing that strikes readers. He said that Hickman's injured right hand will play a huge role in the development of the story.

“If we get a green light for a series three, I have a feeling the hand is going to be explored further, because it is the big thing. It’s much more than just a glove.”

The Crossing Lines lead star came up with such comments while he and Den of Geeks' Matt Edwards are talking about the uniqueness of the series compared to other American police procedural shows that are clearly dominating the television industry. He revealed that he was convinced to do the show because of the fact that it will be shot in Europe, particularly Prague.

“I do agree with you, I do think the look of the show... you know, you can cheat anything for anything. CSI: New York; shot in LA. But then they would go to New York, I hear, every six-to-seven weeks and get a few days and get exterior shots and stuff like that. But basically they shot the show and you could spin the cameras around and give it pace and speed and all that stuff. But we shoot this show in Europe and in Prague and in Paris and in the South of France.”

The web is dry with Crossing Lines Season 2 Spoiler so it is hard to get ahead of ourselves and expect a season three just like what Fichtner has indicated.
