Google Nexus 6 is rumored to be released in the fourth quarter of the year; though there is no official statement from Google yet. HTC is rumored creating the Nexus 9 tablet, the first tablet to run Android L, and reportedly to be released in HTC's October 8 launch.

On the other hand, Motorola is reportedly to be Google Nexus 6's manufacturer. Early this year a handset codenamed the Motorola Shamu leaked online followed by a leaked benchmark screenshot for a mysterious Android L-toting device called the Google Shamu, making Motorola the likely father of the Nexus 6.

There are leaked Antutu Benchmark tests about the Google Nexus 6 and if these are true it will be one of the most powerful Android devices like the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 that was released this month.

According to rumors, the Nexus 6 will come with a 5.2-inch screen just like the Moto X. Other notable features include a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 chipset with a high CPU speed that can be close to 2.5GHz. It will also have a 13MP primary rear camera as well as a 2.1MP front camera that has several superb capabilities like autofocus, optical image stabilization, and LED flash. It will feature a 32Gb internal storage and might have an expandable external memory up to 128GB.

It also features wifi calling like the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.

The Nexus 6 is also rumored that it'll be powered with a 3100 mAh Li- Polymer battery pack, and it can have online connectivity through Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, and Bluetooth 4.0.

There are also reports saying that the Nexus 6 will be very light that will feature a polycarbonate body, which is different from the second- generation Moto X.

According to reports all upcoming Motorola phones 2014 will run on Android's latest kernel and Android L, and it was also rumored that Motorola will launch other three smartphones alongside with the Google Nexus 6.
