New Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin news suggest that the Coldplay front man wants to introduce his kids to his girlfriend.
According to Radar Online, Martin's estranged wife Gwyneth Paltrow was "stunned" after learning his plan, despite Martin and Lawrence have been dating only for two months now.
A source told the media outlet that "Chris has fallen hard for Jen, and they are having a lot of fun together. It's happened very fast, and it's extremely intense. Apple and Moses haven't met their dad's girlfriend, yet. Chris hasn't been discussing the relationship with Gwyneth, out of respect."
The insider revealed that "Gwyneth was absolutely stunned when Chris told her he wants to introduce the kids to Jennifer. It won't be happening right away, Chris wants to make sure this relationship is going to just fizzle out before taking such a big step."
The source also added that this introduction was a big blow to Paltrow's ego, saying: "He sees this relationship going the distance. This has been a huge blow to Gwyn's ego because she has always bragged that she has Chris wrapped around her finger," adding that another blow to that ego is the age difference between Paltrow and Lawrence.
"Jen is just 24, almost twenty years younger than her! Being the hottest actress on the planet doesn't help Gwyn. But Gwyn has something Jen doesn't, two kids with Chris, and she won't let him forget that," the source explained.
Paltrow is celebrating her birthday on September 27, and it is expected to be a family day for them, according to the source.
"[Paltrow and Martin] will put on a united front for the kids," the source said.
Last week, reports surfaced that the "Hunger Games" star has moved into the Coldplay front man's house in Malibu.
According to Independent, a source said that two "have become inseparable", and that Lawrence "has pretty moved in."
The insider said: "Chris is in love. There was a chance of working things out with Gwyneth, but not anymore. It seems likely that Chris and Gwyneth will soon formally divorce. It would be fair to say Jennifer has more than a few belongings at his place."
