Trader Joe's customers are worried again. The store said it's taking another product off the shelves because it might be unsafe. This is the second time this has happened this month.

The store is removing its roasted and salted whole cashews.

They decided on Sunday after the US Food and Drug Administration found salmonella in at least one bag.

Cashew Recall: No Reported Illnesses Yet

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) says no one has gotten sick from the cashews so far.

Trader Joe's is asking anyone who bought the cashews with certain lot codes to either throw them away or return them to the store for a full refund. This is part of their recent recall announcement.

The cashews you should check are in bags with the SKU number 37884. The barcode on the back of the bag shows this number.

Look closely for lot numbers T12139, T12140, T12141, or T12142. These numbers are usually found to the right of the nutrition facts on the bag.

The bags also mention if the cashews came from India or Vietnam.

Wenders LLC, a company from Dublin, California, distributed these cashews. They made them just for Trader Joe's.

This recall affects stores in 15 states, including Arizona, California, Colorado, and Idaho.

The recent Trader Joe's recall has also led to the removal of cashew nuts from stores in New Mexico, Louisiana, Oregon, and Texas.

This latest Trader Joe's recall has affected many states nationwide. The cashews have been recalled in 17 states, including Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Washington.

Customers are increasingly concerned as this is the second major recall Trader Joe's has announced this month. The issue with the contaminated nuts has raised questions about food safety among the retailer's products.

Trader Joe's is dealing with another recall and is now focusing on its Steamed Chicken Soup Dumplings. The company shared this news on Saturday.

The recall affects dumplings that have a "best by" date of March 7, 2025. The specific products involved have lot codes C1-1 and C1-2. The recall is due to the possible presence of plastic in the dumplings.

Trader Joe's has issued a recall for its Steamed Chicken Soup Dumplings (SKU# 54988), which have a best-by date of March 7, 2025, and lot codes C1-1 or C1-2. This decision was made due to the possibility of finding foreign material, specifically plastic, within the product.

Customers who have bought the affected dumplings are entitled to a full refund. There have been no reports of illnesses or injuries related to this issue. Those who have purchased these specific dumplings are advised to either dispose of them or return them to any Trader Joe's store for a refund.

Representatives from Trader Joe's have communicated to Business Insider the company's commitment to food safety. They emphasized that the well-being of customers and crew members is their utmost priority.

Ensuring product safety and quality is part of the company's daily operations. The company has a policy of not taking any risks with product safety and quality, choosing to remove any items from sale if there is any uncertainty regarding their quality.
