Fox has released new Gotham TV series spoiler, particularly for the fourth episode. In the second episode, the city council was seen talking about Arkham district. Politicians are planning to tear down the district. However, their plan will clash with what's on the minds of gang leaders Carmine Falcone (John Dornan) and Fish Mooney (Jada Pinket Smith). While the powerful people of Gotham are busy on the Arkham District, Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) will find himself busy with the arrival of an old pal.

A press release from FOX wrote:

"As a contentious city council vote on the future of the Arkham district approaches, politicians from both sides are in danger. Gordon and Bullock must race to protect the council and an old friend visits Gordon in the all-new "Arkham" episode of GOTHAM airing Monday, Oct. 13 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (GTH-104) (TV-14 D, L, S, V)."

In the comics Arkham is a psychiatric hospital that appeared in many Batman shows. This housed most of the rogues that Bruce Wayne battled such as The Joker, Poison Ivy, The Riddler, Two-Face, the Scarecrow, Bane, Killer Croc and Harley Quinn.

Aside from Arkham, another major Gotham TV series spoiler will have fans on the edge of their seats. Harvey Dent, a.k.a. Two-Face, will join the show and he will be played by Masters of Sex actor Nicholas D'Agosto. Dent, who will be the city's district attorney, will recur in the first season.

This new Gotham TV series spoiler was first revealed by the Hollywood Reporter.

"Bright, charming and idealistic, Harvey Dent's sole mission is to eradicate the crime and corruption that has poisoned Gotham. He is described as appealing, energetic and full of light and life, even while taking on the worst Gotham has to offer. Though he one day serves as the white knight Gotham desperately needs, Harvey also shows glimpses of who he will become: Two-Face."

This Gotham TV series spoiler has some fans irked arguing that Harvey Dent should be on the same age as Bruce Wayne who in the Fox show is played by 13-year old David Mazouz.
