It seems that the Adventure Time Movie 2014 will be a live-action one, rumored to be confirmed. As to which production company will adapt the famous cartoon and turn it into a live-action movie, we have yet to find out.
This news stemmed from "Gritty Reboots", an amateur, fan-made live action 'Adventure Time Movie Trailer" which was uploaded on youtube, the video has garnered more than five-hundred thousand views and counting. Fans are thrilled even with the knowledge that this short trailer on youtube is clearly fan made.
According to Huffington Post:
"Set in a post-apocalyptic Land of Ooo, this Hollywood-style take on "Adventure Time" has been winning plenty of fans this week, many of whom have expressed an eagerness to watch this reboot as a full-length film.
'I'm praying this is real,' wrote one YouTuber after watching the clip.
Kotaku's Mike Fahey chimed in: 'Gritty Reboots goes above and beyond their usual fare, creating a trailer for a movie part of me wants to watch. The other part just couldn't handle the feels.'"
The Adventure Time Movie 2014 has been rumored to quickly catch the attention of certain legitimate film makers in Hollywood, and have given them the idea of actually making one full scale, with real famous actors and actresses.
As to who will possibly play the role of Finn, and the other characters, it is still too early to speculate in that area since the production of the actual movie itself is still yet to be confirmed in black and white by the production company that is rumored to indeed be taking in the beloved cartoon as one of its own.
Fans have been quick to call out names of their favorite hollywood stars, or whoever they see that will do justice to the characters of the said cartoon should it be turned into a live-action movie. Names like Josh Hutcherson (known for his role in Jumanji, and recently became extremely popular by playing the role of Peeta in "The Hunger Games",) have been circling the internet. As for who the want to play as Finn's love interest, Lumpy Space Princess, fans are hoping that Elle Fanning will be put into the limelight with the casting directors.
