The Dallas Cowboys was said to be planning to fine its running back, Joseph Randle, around $10,000 to $30,000 for his arrest.

Joseph Randle's representatives as well as the National Football League Players Association may have something to say about the fine as personal-conduct violations should be determined by the league and not by the teams.

Currently, the running back is not expected to be suspended and is expected to play Sunday against the Giants.

The 22-year-old athlete is an American football running back for the Dallas Cowboys in the National Football League (NFL). Randle has played college football for the Oklahoma State Cowboys and in an 2013 NFL Draft, he was selected in the 5th Round (151st overall) by the Dallas Cowboys. He served as the backup running back for Pro Bowler DeMarco Murray. Randle had a chance to start two games when Murray was injured and was able to finish the year with 164 rushing yards and two touchdowns.

In high school, Randle was considered a four-star recruit by Rivals.com and was rated as the 25th best running back in the nation. Randle accepted a scholarship to Oklahoma State.

As a freshman in college last 2010, Randle rushed for 452 yards on 82 carries with two touchdowns. As a sophomore, he was a second team All-Big 12 selection after rushing for 1,216 yards on 208 carries and 24 touchdowns which is the second most touchdowns in school history. Barry Sanders bagged the first with 37 in 1989. The year after, he was the Big-12 Conference's leading rusher with 1,417 yards. He also scored 14 touchdowns and earned first team all conference honors.

Last October 13, 2014, Randle was arrested at Dillard's department store in Frisco, Texas. He was charged with a Class B Theft which is valued between $50 to $500. He was brought in and released on bond by the police. According to reports, the items he was accused of stealing were underwear and cologne.
