Revenge-themed shooting game set in war and revolution era is set to have its launch in personal computers next year. Citing reports, PCgamer reported that Assasin Creed's latest chapter Rogue, is confirmed an upcoming PC game that will be launched in early 2015.

Assassin Creed Rogue will be revenge spree game set in the frozen north Atlantic. The main character of the franchise's new and reportedly last edition will still be Shay Patrick Cormac. He will be joined by game's familiar faces like Haytham and Adewale.

The game's developer, Ubisoft, reportedly made the confirmation to remind the Assassin's Creed fans that they need to wait for quite sometime, Time reported. As cited by the report, "The best place to play the Assassin's Creed series remains a Windows PC, if you don't mind waiting."

The game's Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 versions will have an earlier launch this coming November.

Ubisoft explained that the delay on Assasin's Creed Rogue PC version release is because of some production glitches. It is also said that Windows PC version of the games will include 'subtle visual enhancements'. Assain Creed Rouge will also play regardless of the computer's original resolution. These are considered enough reasons for the game's fans to wait.

As Assassin's Creed IV predecessor, Gamespot said that Rogue upholds the game's 'engaging experience'. Though the two editions share a lot of things in common because Rogue is a continuation of ACIV, the new chapter of the game possess the same hunting vibe that will thrill and excite the players, may it be a lone player or a group.

"Much like its predecessor, the world Rogue is expansive and the desire to explore every single island and every shipwreck feels just as strong due to the new location."

Assassin's Creed Rogue will have some additional gameplay techniques like the firecrackers. It is also rumored to be the closing chapter of the well-received game franchise.
