‘Dentons’ Legal Firm Teams Up With New Real Estate Partner

Dentons, a legal firm based in London, has revealed their new real estate partner, Andre Henderson.

Henderson ties in with the legal firm from Herbert Smith Freehills where he worked as a senior associate in the firm's real estate division in London.

Henderson has broad experience in real estate ventures, including real estate finance, energy and infrastructure, corporate real estate and restructuring and insolvency sectors.

He is trained in acquisition management, since he was involved in several real estate businesses in the UK over the past five years.

Dentons expressed their gratitude in Henderson joining the firm.

His strong experience on major projects coupled with his drive and well-established reputation in the marketplace will ensure we continue to meet the demands of both new and existing clients," as quoted by Richard Budge, partner and sector head of Dentons' UK Real Estate practice.

Henderson likewise was happy about joining the legal firm and Real Estate Company.

The company was founded by several law firms including Salans LLP, Canadian law firm Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP (FMC) and international law firm SNR Denton.
