Happy Joe's Pizza and Ice Cream is a restaurant chain known for its pizza and sweets. It has locations in Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin, among other Midwest states. The new restaurant in Navarre will be the first in the group to open east of the Mississippi River.
Development Services in Santa Rosa County approved the project's site plan, which names Jeff Harding as the owner and developer. On June 8, Harding and his team sent in the first plan for this new site.
After carefully examining the original plan and requests for changes, Santa Rosa County approved it on September 6, making such substantial growth possible.

Features of the First Happy Joe's Pizza and Ice Cream in Florida
According to Happy Joe's website, the owners, Jennifer and Jeff Harding, promise a spacious main dining area, outdoor and indoor patio dining options, and a private party room ideal for hosting extensive family gatherings, special occasions, and events.
A Fun Center will also offer various games and a prize counter.
The building, measuring 6,140 square feet, will have a particular room for kids' parties and games. It will be constructed on a two-acre piece of land, as confirmed by Santa Rosa County's approved project site plan.
Additionally, a new retail store is on the horizon as part of a future phase of the project's development. Santa Rosa County's project site plan shows that this store, set to be 2,750 square feet, has also gained approval.
