After Ben Stiller (Derek Zoolander) and Owen Wilson (Hansel) showed up at the Paris Fashion Week to promote "Zoolander 2," many celebrities showed interest in being part of the sequel.
Some of the famous names in the fashion world who are confirmed to star in the movie include Vogue's Anna Wintour and supermodel Karlie Kloss.
There have been reports that some of the country's top models will also make a cameo in the second installment including Cara Delevingne, who even posted a photo of herself together with the lead stars of "Zoolander 2" on Instagram.
Since almost all of the fashion bigwigs will be included in the film, Kanye West and his wife Kim Kardashian may also be part of it.
The Sun reported that it was Will Ferrell, who will be reprising his role as Mugatu in the sequel, who recommended the 37-year-old rapper to make a cameo in the film.
"Kanye is friends with Will and appeared briefly in 'Anchorman 2' but he wanted to be in 'Zoolander 2' even more," an insider revealed as reported by Hollywood Life
Aside from Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, another musician wants to be part of "Zoolander 2." Celeb Dirty Laundry reported that Selena Gomez is openly flirting with one of the lead stars of the sequel so that she can get a role in the movie. The website also revealed that her rumored boyfriend Zedd isn't happy about what she's doing.
"Selena sent a few flirty texts to Owen (Wilson) gushing that he was so funny and brilliant to pop up in the Valentino fashion show and said, 'if there is a role for me I'm in.' They exchanged a few jokes and Owen said that he would see what he could do," an insider told Star Magazine.
It hasn't been confirmed or denied if Kanye West, Kim Kardashian and Selena Gomez will have a cameo in "Zoolander 2."
The sequel is scheduled for release on Feb. 12, 2016.
