Will a "Mafia 3" release date finally happening at E3 2015?

While there has been no official announcement yet, Tweak Town claimed that 2K Czech would most likely announce the game during the highly anticipated event happening on June 16-18.

Rick Pasqualone, Vito Scaletta's voice actor also hinted on Twitter that he "might have some 'Mafia' news very soon."

The "Mafia 3" release date announcemen is possible if report coming from Video Games Blogger, claiming that the third installment to the third-person shooting game "is in the late stages of development and ready for its official reveal soon," is true.

2K Czech has been keeping everything underwraps, the gaming studio has yet to release any characters which would be included in the sequel.

However, there is an ongoing rumor claiming that Joe could actually take the lead this time. The speculation rooted from "Mafia 2's" ending where it suggested that Joe is probably going to take revenge against Leo and Vito.

In addition to the possible storyline, IGN is confident that "Mafia 3" set could now be located in Louisiana, where it would introduce the three characters namely, Franklin, Tony and Mickey.

"The trio of Louisiana natives are Franklin, Tony and Mickey," the publication claimed. "Franklin is in his early 20s, and 'knows how to get a job done at any cost.' Tony is in his early 30s, and is apparently 'a genius with numbers and statistics who runs sports betting operations.' Finally, Mickey is in his late teens, who 'likes to run his mouth' and acts as a street hustler. Sadly, he can't back his big talk up with much."
