Trouble seems to be brewing between Jimmy Fallon and his wife, Nancy Juvonen.
"The Tonight Show" host, who suffered a ring finger injury recently said that he will not be wearing his wedding ring again -- Is there more to this than meets the eye?
Rumors of Jimmy Fallon and his wife's crumbling marriage have been circulating online, some attributing the couple's troubles to the late night show host's drinking problem while others go as far as to say that the comedian has secret feelings for Nicole Kidman, following the actress' confession of past, unrequited interest towards Fallon.
To add fuel to the divorce rumors, TMZ caught up with Fallon, wherein he said he won't be wearing their wedding ring again.
"When are you going to wear your (wedding) ring again?" the interviewer asked.
"I don't think as a ring, maybe as a necklace?" Fallon jokingly answered.
Asked if the accident which nearly caused him to lose his finger was a bad omen, the talk show host said: "No, no, not at all."
A few weeks ago, Fallon explained how he got the said injury.
"I tripped and fell in my kitchen on a braided rug that my wife loves and I can't wait 'til I burn it to the ground," Fallon said during his "Tonight Show" return after the accident. "And I tripped and fell and I caught my fall and I'm getting up and my finger's sideways."
However, some claim that the injury may not have been due to a simple accident in the kitchen.
According to Celebrity Laundry, the injury may have happened due to Fallon's alcohol problem, on top of his infidelity towards Nancy Juvonen.
"While the late night host blamed his gruesome injury on his two left feet. He was actually two sheets to the wind after night on the town with two young women," the article revealed.
"Nancy was really angry. Jimmy's bad behavior has been getting worse and she totally lost her temper. She has been asking herself how he can possibly take care of his family when he can barely take care of himself. Nancy is really sick of it and I wouldn't be surprised if she is threatening divorce."
