Business experts would agree that a good business plan is one of the most important part of starting out a business. When you do not have a good business plan you would have no clear idea on how you can go about with starting and maintaining your business.

Light Marketing

Some businessmen pay attention to many things about their business but they fail to plan for their marketing. This can be a serious mistake because even if you have an excellent product that you want to sell but if you don't promote it then no one would go and buy it.

Thinking Small

You might be starting a small business, but you should not let that prevent you from thinking big. When you are coming up with plans you should always  look the possibility that you would soon expand your business.

Not Beng Flexible

You have to come up with a business plan, but that plan does not have to be rigid and inflexible. Your plan should be something that you can change as you go along.

Thinking That Enthusiasm is for Everyone

It is easy to understand why you can be passionate and excited about your business idea, but it can be a serious mistake to assume that everyone else would feel that way. You have to figure out how other people can see why our idea is a good one. You have to provide solid facts.
