EPA Limits Emissions Coal Power Plants Carbon Capture Technology

The United States Environmental Protection Agency unveiled a proposal that would capture greenhouse gas emissions from new power plants since those run by coal are not likely to meet the industry standard without costly technology to store carbon emissions.
