Expedia Cruise Chip Centers Invites guests, corporate leadership staff and franchise partners to enjoy a 2-night inaugural cruise of the new Royal Caribbean Quantum of the Seas sailing from Bayonne, New Jersey from November 16-18.

The Royal Carribean Quantum of the Seas, aptly named the "smartest ship in the sea" features virtual balconies, radio frequency ID wristbands and robotic bartenders to allow guests to make cashless payments in a jiff.

The Quantum Class spans 18 decks, encompasses 167,800 gross registered tons, carries 4,180 guests at double occupancy and features 2,090 staterooms.

As the third largest cruise ship in the world, it is packed with industry firsts including key features in technology and entertainment dining that outshine all other cruise ships out there.

"It is a true honor to have been extended a system-wide invitation to be a part of this inaugural sailing," said Matthew Eichhorst, President of Expedia CruiseShipCenters.

"This ship will truly change the way consumers experience cruise travel and will enable us to target new customer segments for cruising. Royal Caribbean continues to be a key partner as we aim to be best-in-class navigators of spectacular vacation experiences."

Franchise partners and leadership team of Expedia Cruise Chip Centers will board the Quantum of the Seas in conjunction with its yearly week-long national conference held at the Norewegian Breakaway. The event had a "Bigger, Better, Stronger, Together" theme stressing the importance of working together in expanding the company as it reaches 200 retail locations in North America.

The company reported record-breaking growth this year, with 22 new franchised locations this year alone, and additional 150 locations in the coming three years.

22 million people are expected to go to cruises before the year ends and 29 cruise ships set to address that demand by 2016, Expedia Cruise Ship Centers capitalize on that and commit to provide exemplary service while growing as a company.
