You may have read enough Arrow Season 3 Spoiler but this one is something you should never miss. As the CW Network series move to a new chapter, executive producer Marc Guggenheim and series writer Keto Shimizu have come up with a digital comic book called Arrow: Season 2.5 that tells is basically the continuation of stories from second season finale. Among these are accounts of what happened to Detective Quentin Lance (played by Paul Blackthorne) who fell in the ground during one fight scene. Guggenheim also said that this comic book will also explain how the setting moved out of Starling City and how Oliver Queen (played by Stephen Amell) transformed into another person. Reading this would probably make you say that you don't need any more Arrow Season 3 spoiler.
"If you want to find out what happened to Detective Lance after he collapsed, you'll want to read the comic," Guggenheim teases. "If you want to find out how Roy gets the uniform that plays into the first episode of season three, you're going to want to read the comic. If you want to know how Vertigo developed … something that plays into our season later … you're going to want to read the comic."
However, both Guggenheim and Shimizu said that reading Arrow: Season 2.5 isn't mandatory and they can watch season three without missing some elements.
"Season three is designed to stand on its own feet without requiring anyone to do any outside reading. But what the comic book will give is a deeper appreciation for some of the moments [in the show] and a more complete narrative experience. If you want to go deeper into the story, that's what Season 2.5 is for."
Arrow will be back for a third season on October 8 with the first episode titled “The Calm.” The show has been adding more and more characters since it ended on May this year. In this week's Arrow Season 3 spoiler, it has been revealed that DC comics villain Cupid a.k.a. Carrie Cutter will arrive in the show and she will be played by Amy Gumenick. Glee and Awkward alum Nolan Funk is also set to join the cast and he will play the role of Cooper Seldon, Felicity Smoak's (played by Emily Bett Rickards) hacker ex boyfriend from MIT.
